As Distinguished Technology Fellow, Dennis Parrington focuses on strategic initiatives that leverage his technology and leadership experience. In an advisory capacity, he contributes to mergers and acquisitions, coaches emerging technology leaders and advises leadership across the business on technology matters.
Dennis founded the first product development group at Radancy and led the early growth of the product suite that evolved into the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud. During his tenure as Chief Technology Officer, he helped strengthen the software development life cycle, advanced the product roadmap and led numerous technology acquisitions. He now supports the broader technology organization in an advisory role.
Dennis previously served as Director of Technology for FINS.com at Dow Jones, part of the WSJ Digital Network. There, he managed onshore and offshore development teams and oversaw the site’s technical operations.
Dennis holds a B.A. in Psychology with minors in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship and Management from Johns Hopkins University and an M.S. in Technology Management from Columbia University.
