The Solution
To attract the right talent for Audible, the employer brand needed messaging that would resonate with candidates and be supported by clear proof points. We featured real employees as brand ambassadors to share personal stories, including their favorite audiobooks. Testimonials were also woven throughout the career site as “seeds of wisdom.”
To bring the experience to life further, we connected candidates to Audible’s Instagram for real-time insights and gave them a closer look at what it feels like to work at Audible, both professionally and personally.
