As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Megan Rooney leads all people strategies at Radancy. She focuses on ensuring HR initiatives align with our business objectives to cultivate growth, employee engagement and a thriving workplace culture. Her passion for Radancy’s most valuable asset – its people – continues to drive her mission to make the company a great place for employees to work and succeed.
Megan brings nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including 14 years at Radancy prior to serving as a key member of the global Human Resources team at a leading cybersecurity firm. There, she provided comprehensive HR support to regional go-to-market teams in the UK, Germany, Israel and Japan. Now, she returns to Radancy, bringing her global perspective and deep understanding of the industry back to our team, strengthening our HR strategy for the future.
A graduate of State University of New York, Farmingdale, Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in management technology and brings a wealth of knowledge in fostering dynamic, people-first organizations.
